Ready to rent a property?
Step One: You must review the rental policy and instructions before filling out an application. To do so Click here. Submitting an application on line is agreeing that you read and understand our policy.
Step Two: Click on the property you wish to rent then click Apply now; fill out the application -and submit it.
Step Three: To have what is considered a completed application, you must submit the additional information requested in step 1 under rental policy. Return this info by fax or email. Applications are not reviewed until complete.
